Common questions
If you have good ideas for improvement, please let us know. Of course we cannot promise to add all requested features, but we are grateful to suggestions. Best place is the forum thread!
The remastered editions of the games
Nostalgia, nostalgia... You can switch off the enhancements of the remastered edition in the game settings. But if you really want to enjoy the game... you know where to switch it on again.
We plan to remaster all the classic Magnetic Scrolls games, one after the other.
Platforms
Android
The games currently work on Android 4.1+.
IOS
The Pawn - Remastered is available for iOS and we plan to release the other remastered editions for iOS, too. The iOS normally take a little more time, but we are working on it!
Linux
AppImages are one of the more recent inventions in the Linux world which aim to bring the comfort of portable Windows apps or macOS dmg installations to Linux. An AppImage is a complete, ready-to-run package. All you need to do is making the file executable, either in a terminal by chmod a+x ThePawn.AppImage or by setting the execute permission via right mouse click in the properties dialog in your window environment.
The AppImage was tested on CentOS 7, Debian 8/9, Ubuntu 16.04, Suse Leap 42.2, Fedora 25/27, Linux MiNT 18.1, and ElemantaryOS 0.41. The AppImage is created on a CentOS 7 system, so as long as your distro ships with system libs that are not older than the CentOS 7 ones, the AppImage will likely run. If you find a non-supported distro, please drop us a note. Perhaps it can be fixed.
Please log out and back in again. Some distros seem to need a restart of the user session to load the menu and icon files.

The fee is only used for covering our running costs like hosting fees, Apple developer fees, and the costs for recovering the original Magnetic Scrolls sources. From each sell there is barely 1£/1$/1€ left over, the rest ends up in the hands of the various service providers.
