When saving the game with a dark theme, the save name which you type in, is dark grey and not easy to see what you're typing in. Here I'm typing in "Start". (Image)

Where is the default save location on Android for The Pawn? I want to see if I can copy my savegames over to other devices.

On the iOS version it looks good, and works nicely. No more night blindness due to a glaringly white screen :smile:

Most probably the reason android games have less glitz than their desktop counterparts?

@hugh - as long as you don't make things too difficult for yourself with crt shaders... Should be interesting playing any magnetic scrolls games on an emulated green screen (with long delay fading times)....

Gamasutra article is a bit longish, but very interesting. Quite a long process in order to apply a CRT skin to your game, but may be appreciated by hardline retro fans.

Lovely. It works lovely (on the work's ipad). Colours are all there. Dark themes work. Everything is hunky-dory. The guru seems most pleased with the dark theme. And the CGA font makes it all retro :smile: Somebody mentioned green screens…

Bleh. The Pawn opens, then closes again aftrr the update. Will check tomorrow at work what is going on. No doubt it is some foul magic from Kronos at work.

Bah. Did a reinstall. From the opening sequence the colours are still buggered up. Will update the pawn on work ipad and let you know if it is ok or not.

This event is also weird to me. I suspect that it may be our ipad, since other ithings does not exhibit this anomaly.

Have no idea. Initial thought was that it somehow reverted to negative, but it is not. Maybe colour palette corruption?
